Why can't people in my zip code shop within the price range they can afford or is that the alert everyone gets just so they will have to buy higher priced items for the convenience of online shopping? Next time, if I am going to have to pay a high price anyway, I will just use my local florist and support my local businesses.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
I placed an order on a Friday night for Saturday delivery. I ordered a plant with fresh cut flowers. Paid $20 total for delivery on Saturday. I get a call 2 hours later saying that they can't deliver. I can either send it to a different address or order something else. However the earliest they can delivery it is Tuesday. I've been on the phone now for 20 minutes and they still haven't processed my refund. On hold for the last 10 minutes too. # -5 stars

Delivery pricing is a bit too high, arragement showed Iris n roses, did not have Iris. That was my main focus and it was not deliver.
There was only one sunflower when the picture shows multiple, the sunflowers were the only reason for the selection.
The flowers were for my daughter and son in laws Anniversary. They are lovely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
