Ordering was fast and to the point.

I went for the most expensive option for the bouquet making it sure it look better than the advertise picture.
I was not impressed by what was delivered. I feel like I got the lowest option.
Though the receiver was happy with the gift.

What was more in my price range was not available in my zip code. Zip codes shouldn't matter because they were brought in a box by UPS! Why can't people in my zip code shop within the price range they can afford or is that the alert everyone gets just so they will have to buy higher priced items for the convenience of online shopping? Next time, if I am going to have to pay a high price anyway, I will just use my local florist and support my local businesses.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
I placed an order on a Friday night for Saturday delivery. I ordered a plant with fresh cut flowers. Paid $20 total for delivery on Saturday. I get a call 2 hours later saying that they can't deliver. I can either send it to a different address or order something else. However the earliest they can delivery it is Tuesday. I've been on the phone now for 20 minutes and they still haven't processed my refund. On hold for the last 10 minutes too. # -5 stars

My husband loved the flowers and chocolates. The arrangement was not exactly like the picture but close.
The delivery was at 4:20pm and his office closes at 5p
An earlier delivery time would have been better.
