Very happy with the delivery quickness, and size of flower boquet
The delivery was suppose to be same day and was not ( I have yet to get the money back for same day delivery charge), customer service did not know what they were doing as they called me saying that the person I was sending flowers to had been discharged from the hospital when she in fact was not - spent over 40 minutes on the phone to get things right and then ended up with a very small arrangement for the $50 I spent. Very dissatisfied overall that my daughter - in -law who is suffering from Lupus did not get what I wanted for her. As far as I'm concerned I deserve at least half my money back!

It was very easy! The deep pinks in the pic that I chose from wasnt the same pinks received, the pinks received were much much lighter even the bow was a baby pink, the pic had a deep hot pink, but it was still pretty...

Forgot about time zone difference. I did not see a cut off time for next day delivery. 1 day later than I wanted, but that was my mistake. Might post one and specify EST. Would jar people's mind when ordering from a different time zone.
You should be upfront about the additional shipping and handling charge

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
