Forgot about time zone difference. I did not see a cut off time for next day delivery. 1 day later than I wanted, but that was my mistake. Might post one and specify EST. Would jar people's mind when ordering from a different time zone.

A few months back, I placed an order for a floral arrangement for a friend. When my friend received the flowers, she sent me a picture of the bouquet. I was so embarrassed and extremely disappointed. First of all, they arrived a day late and second of all, the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. I was very pleased Fromyouflowers rectified the issue and so a couple days ago, I decided to give them a second chance.
Now here we go again...
The flowers were delivered on the day requested, but they look nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I'd be more than happy to show you the comparison of what was received and what I thought I ordered, but this survey doesn't allow attachments.
The last time I placed an order and was not satisfied it was because it didn't look anything like what I ordered; specifically, it did not have the flowers that were shown from the catalog. Fromyouflowers stated the reason was because I ordered a small bouquet. I was very pleased that they rectified the situation & gave me a gift certificate for a future order.
Because Fromyouflowers handled my complaint to my satisfaction, I decided to give them another chance so the other day I placed an order for another friend. This time I ordered the largest from the selection, but here we go again... very unsatisfied. Aside from being told my other order was small and that's why it wasn't like the picture, I thought it might also have had to do with the fact it was sent via FedEx from New Jersey to South Carolina (I live in CT). When I asked my friend today who delivered the flowers, she said it was a local florist. So now I don't know what the excuse could be as to why she didn't receive a replica of what was ordered.
If there are flowers that are not available in a particular state or region or because of the season, perhaps fromyouflowers should show different bouquet photos for each region of the United States.
I am not one to ever file a complaint, but when I am purchasing something for a friend in hopes of making their day brighter, I can't overlook this.
I hope fromyouflowers will look into this matter and rectify the situation.

Don't do it! This site has no intentions of delivering same day. Then they told me they "upgraded" my order. I didn't want an upgrade, I wanted the order delivered the day I asked, and paid extra for. All you'll get are some emails from a call center where they don't understand. Worse, they told me they can't guarantee what time the NEXT day they're delivering. Ridiculous. The states attorney should take them down for false advertising.

Disappointed that arrangement wasn't what I ordered not even the flowers it colors or vase...she liked them but even told me not her colors...so little bummed!
The flowers were for my sisters 50th Anniversary. She had a bone marrow transplant and is at the hospital. So I wanted to do something special for her since there was no celebration. She said they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you for helping me make her very happy.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
