The flowers were pretty and looked like the picture style wise but I paid for the deluxe flowers and they were small! I think maybe 7 sunflowers and then filler. Not worth $72.00!

I bought a dozen rainbow roses and there was an option to customize a vase with a picture (which costed more of course) but i did it anyways, The flowers were supposed to get to my bf by Wednesday, and it didnt mention an additional 15 bucks for handling til the end. I still got it cause i love my bf and the flowers looked beautiful...
The flowers came late, customer service was no help, the vase didnt have the pic i choose on it, instead they send the pic with the vase, and worst of all the flowers were dead looking and not full at all how they are in the pic! This was the worst experience ever
For the premium flowers I just would have expected a few more flowers

Edit: No, you did -not- deliver the flowers the same day, which is what I requested and paid for. However, they were delivered first thing this morning and my mother says that they are beautiful, so overall, I am satisfied and will likely use you again.

All good except wasn't aware that discount from my credit had already been deducted and the Handling fee was a surprise. C'est livre.
My son was very upset because the candy I sent him was not what was pictured on the ad. He likes skittles, starburst, Hershey's chocolate bars, Reese's cups, and milky ways. The gift package you sent only had a Milky Way in it that he liked. All the other candy was not to his liking. I spent $53 on a Milky Way bar! Also, I paid for same day delivery on 9/1,but didn't receive it until 9/4. Can I get my money back?!
Don't offer free delivery if it's not true. The ad said free delivery but you have to join up for it and can never use any of their other discounts if you do. I can't help but believe that it changes the pricing offered once you do. I know it was with Shari's Berries. Honesty with no strings attached is what gets repeat business.
