Requested a flower service delivery for my wife on her birthday. Placed the order one day ahead so they have plenty of time to make the delivery on time. She never received the flowers the day I order. End up receiving on the next day, made me feel really stupid. Plus the flowers came on a beat up box really cheap for the price. If I wanted a Walmart bouquet I could just go myself purchase and take it to her instead of paying $80 bucks for something like that. If you planning to do something nice for a love one DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

I was surprised at the value and the beauty of the flowers. I did notice something on the bottom of the fronds that looked like small cocoons. I had to google it and found out they are natural but only after I did rip apart the bouquet outside because I thought this would invade my home.
I ordered and my flowers were delivered to my girlfriend on schedule in great condition. She was happy so I'm happy. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about.

I placed an order for my 26th Anniversary. I even upgraded to the 'premium plan' which says it will be upgraded by the florist. I also added the teddy bear and the Godiva chocolates. The arraignment was delivered by UPS and basically a DIY PROJECT. Looked nothing like the pictures. The Godiva chocolates were covered in ants. Straight to the garbage. (She was here for delivery, it did not sit outside and get ants, they came with the delivery. I will never order from them again. In fact i want my money back because i went to a florist and purchased another 'Dozen Roses'. This was terrible experience. Use someone else.

Lovely choices. I would appreciate an explanation of why the delivery was moved to 9/5/2018 from the requested and understood date of 8/31/2018 with no communication. Both the recipient and I were left in the dark.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
