The experience that I had with this company was terrible. One of my vest friends contacted a terrible virus was was horribly ill and didn't have any family around so I sent her get well flowers in the hopes it would make her feel better. I paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday, 9/1/18. But they were not delivered until today! I recieved an email stating that they were going to be delivered yesterday and my charge for same day delivery was reimbursed. BUT the flowers weren't delivered yesterday as promised either. So finally they were delivered today. The people offered chocolates along with the flowers but that wasn't the point. There was a special reason for her to get the flowers when they were ordered. I can't afford to send flowers much and this was a special friend in need. I was very disappointed with the company.

The arrangement that was received looked very similar in color but instead of tulips which was what I chose, I received roses. It's not a big deal to me but to someone else it might be. Otherwise, it was very pretty with the same colors I ordered.

I ordered my stuff with arrival on September 5th 2018. When I contacted the company on September 5th at 1 pm I was promised that my Delivery will arrive by 6 PM I called around 3 to track The delivery status and I was guaranteed by 6 PM at 6:05 PM I called and nobody answered on 610 I give another call and nobody answered I am furious with this company I was guaranteed something and it never arrived this is on believable and unreliable company I will never work with this company again I was promised and guaranteed a 6 PM delivery I made this surprise for my wife she did not receive her surprise on her birthday this is the worst worst worst company I will never work with them again I am so upset this day was planned for a while and now it was ruined all due to failure to deliver on time. Words cannot explain how upset I am this is unbelievable I was so excited when I first was in touch with the representative they told me have no fear and no worries your delivery will be there by 6 PM. It is 6:30 PM and I still have not received my package! The more frustrating part is when I tried getting in touch with the company nobody answered the phone I would've at least like to know what's going on with the status of the package but no one is answering and no one can help me out.

I paid for the deluxe version of the arrangement and my daughter received a very small arrangement. I think they sent the smallest version.
I love the same day delivery! This was a last minute birthday gift for my boss who had traveled to Newark from Fort Worth to visit his daughter. I ordered around 10:00am and the gift was delivered before 5:00pm! My boss text me with a picture and was so surprised and grateful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
