It was good. But we paid for a banner that should have read 'Beloved cousin Maggie' and it did not have one. That was $5 extra. So not too happy about that. Would like a refund for the $5.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
