Your site is easy to navigate and I found what I wanted quickly. The flowers were delivered within the time frame promised and were a good quality.
Love the arrangement selection and options. The sunflowers in the Mason Jar and the Birthday Cake Flowers were just as beautiful as in the photos.
It was impossible to apply delivery rebate
First they were routed to KY.Then they made it to San Jose by 11am That is OK But some of the heads were broken off the stems. Most very wilted. We are following the directions to revive them. They do not look good at all. We should not need to take an hour to fix the problem. I ordered the same flowers last year from you and they were beautiful. But in that case you sent one doz when I ordered two dozen. You did do a refund. I ordered hand delivered from you a few times they were great.
I will not order from you again. You screwed up my wife's birthday.

Guys, any fees must be integrated to the stuff sold pricing. You have a good site but that annoying unknown sudden fee of $14.99 devastates the experience.
Service does not work. They advertise "same day delivery" (the primary reason i used them) and then apologize that it's going to be next day. Next day they "physically apologize" by enhancing the bunch and...totally destroying it's color, from red roses to pink lilies. It's a classical failure: no resources for service, no professionals for right product. Bad business.
Shopping on this site is always is and painless. I like the personalized pitxure frame wish I could put two pictures next time but love this site

Ordered late in afternoon and the flowers still arrived later that afternoon -- FAST service! My daughter loved them and sent me a picture so I could see. They were exactly as pictured. My only wish is that they were more colorful.
