It was so easy to place order! I was very disappointed with my order it didn't look anything like the picture online, it was alot smaller! I paid for bigger!. I really wanted my friend to be cheered up by my arrangement and i was embarrassed when she sent me a picture of it! I really thought you guys were going to really make a big arrangement. I'm crushed! Now I can never get that moment back! I can't recommend you to anyone, can you fix this? I can write a better review, but plez make it better for my grieving friend.

The site is klutzy. Keeps repeating dialogs. The flowers arrived on time. The bouquet is sad looking. Every rose had wilted petals, even the ones that were not yet open. I think the standard bouquet of each offering is not given the same attention as some of the more sizes

I placed this order to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday. She sent me a photo of what she received and I was EXTREMELY disappointed! She received a small vase with 6 roses that were all in full bloom and probably only lasted two days. I will probably never order flowers this way again or recommend this method to any of my family or friends.
