Convenience of having online access to florist is so 'great'. We used this service before and was pleased and am satisfied thus far.
The arrangement looked nothing like the picture I chose from, 'How Sweet It Is.' Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and did not feel it was worth the money I spent. It looked like something sold in a supermarket. It didn't have that special floral designer's flare.

Easy site to navigate. I was a bit confused with the different discounts. Last night, the discount that appeared was 'free shipping', but as I finalized the order today, there is a $6 discount. Not sure how one is selected over another!
After delivery, survey asks if product was received? No, I did not receive...order went to someone else. Also the email notification of delivery does not reveal the TIME of delivery. That would be the only way customer can evaluate timeliness of the delivery.

This was a birthday gift for a friend who is in a rehab facility. I was glad I'd ordered it to be delivered the day before her birthday since she didn't get it until 6:30 PM. She was thrilled although the flowers did not look exactly like the online photo. I would use this service again.

The delivery came later that what was confirmed. I requested that you notify a contact person when the flowers were delivered and this did not happen.
