I received an email saying that my flowers had been delivered before they were delivered. I called customer service and had to talk/transfer to 3 people before it was determined the email was not reliable about delivery and should just wait. The flowers were delivered later in the day.
You should not send an unreliable email about delivery, because I was concerned the delivery was to the wrong house and would spoil my special occasion for the flowers. (I never suspected that my delivery was stolen since I looked for my delivery 5 minutes after I received the email).
I'm in Sydney Australia & ordered flowers for my GF who lives in Brentwood CA, USA. Overall is was a really easy and positive experience. She received the flowers earlier than I expected, she said that they were fresh and just simply beautiful. I would definitely recommend "fromyouflowers.com". I loved the "Track my order" feature.
