The item delivered DID NOT look like the item online. I also paid for the "deluxe"option and was not satisfied with the look of the item. Wrong look and wrong balloon! You should not advertise something that looks one way online and deliver something different! Thankfully the recipient did not know how the arrangement should have looked liked. This shows me whoever the florist was, did not pay attention to the details of my order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
