The item delivered DID NOT look like the item online. I also paid for the "deluxe"option and was not satisfied with the look of the item. Wrong look and wrong balloon! You should not advertise something that looks one way online and deliver something different! Thankfully the recipient did not know how the arrangement should have looked liked. This shows me whoever the florist was, did not pay attention to the details of my order.

I was annoyed that the website said my selection for this deluxe arrangement was $39.99 but at checkout it was $49.99. Frustrated that I didn't see that until after I ordered.
Can you add is a time frame for delivery? I called the 800 to talk to someone about delivery time and they were very helpful.

It's difficult to say how the arrangement looked when it was sent to another state. Embarrassing to ask the recipient how they looked, what are they suppose to reply if they were shoddy looking?
