Horrible customer service. We ordered flowers to be delivered on 9/6, it is now 9/12 and still nothing. I called the company and they said the florist contacted them and they failed to get back to them and that is why the order was delayed. If I had not called, I am sure the flowers would have never been delivered. What a waste.

Stellar experience. It was with every penny. Flowers were not old. They were perfect and BEAUTIFUL... BREATHTAKING AND you can smell them through the WHOLE office.
My only only only thing I would have liked to see was two different balloons. BUT next time I just wont order those because the flowers... were a stand alone site to see. I would still purchase the chocolate because it was great quality as well. Thank you for making that moment so special.
Wasn't easy to find price/flower I wanted. Items wouldn't sort by price. Most relevant flower wasn't first. Needed a same day delivery and website said it was possible to deliver same day at 1pm Saturday time of purchase. I received an email an hour later saying shipment was delayed until Monday.
I sent the premium dish garden to a friend after the death of her Mother. She was thrilled with it and said it was HUGE and BEAUTIFUL. Although no fresh flowers were shown in the picture, the arrangement contained some pretty white flowers and was in a beautiful basket. My friend said she will enjoy the dish garden for years to come because she will be able to transplant the plants into several other containers eventually. Web site was so easy to use and the delivery charges very reasonable. I will only use FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM in the future. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!
They showed up at 5:10pm when is said on the website 5:00 is the latest for a business. They did a great job other then that.

Given that the order that I placed was for a basket of candy and chips, the price seemed a little high.
Beautiful arrangements - easy to navigate site. No problems with site. After delivery, I was just a little disappointed that there were not more blue flowers as shown in the picture. I realize this was a seasonal arrangement and they had to use what was available. Still, my mom would have liked the blue since we are Tarheels!
Same day delivery could not be met. It was delivered next day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
