What a DISAPPOINTMENT! I order the SUPER SWEET SNACK GIFT BASKET for delivery. It was due to be delivered that day... around 3:45pm i received an email, stating they would not be able to make the same day delivery, but I would be credited for the same day delivery fee. Delivery was made the next day and to my surprise, the basket looked NOTHING like the Super Sweet Snack Gift basket, shown online. The details did state the basket was as follows: Item Description
Chips, chocolate, cookies - oh my! They'll squeal with delight when they receive this beautiful woven gift basket full of sweet and savory treats like chips, chocolate candies, cookies, licorice, peanut butter cups and more. Easy to share, it's a great gift for all ages. Components may vary. Unfortunately i can not upload the picture, from online, bcus the pixels are too low. But the basket was supposed to be all individually wrapper candy bars. Although the items description has some variations. Trust me, nothing close was delivered.
I was able to post the picture of the basket delivered, it was nice but NOTHING like i needed delivered. I have spoken with several customer service ppl and all that they keep saying is, they apologize for the inconvenience. Also that they spoke to the florist and they are very sorry for my disappointment! And they gave me 30% off and also a $20- gift card, for future orders. SERIOUSLY why would i order anything else from From You Flowers!?!?!?
I wanted a refund, minus the delivery charge. As it was delivered, although not what was ordered. I have wasted far too much time with this company and i can not keep going back and forth with them.

Needed something quick, "local" and appropriate for the recipient. Had little time to shop around, so you were "it." Your handling/etc fee is ridiculous. Greater than:-( I also had a discount available on my acct. But it expired recently. Was going to use it before it did, but you don't deliver to the recipient's location I wanted it sent to, so I had to go w/another co. PS: This was gift - recipient is caring for her dying moom who's being visited by nurses and hospice workers; I know my friend isn't eating (or sleeping) well, so I thought this would help. I kbnow she rec'd it but she has other things on her mind right now besides telling me if she "liked" what she rec'd or not.
Handling fee is a bit expensive!
