A friend ordered me some flowers and sent them to me for a suprise after i was getting better veing sick for weeks...i missed the delivery guy he drove off the time i made it down to the door lol. The flowers were dead and wilted and it was pathetic. My friend came over with a fresh batch she couldnt believe it either.

There were alot of arrangements to choose and I selected a best buy. I then was asked about delivery time and if I wanted it before noon it would cost me more money so I selected the afternoon. I really wanted the morning but didn't want to pay extra for this service. The flowers arrived around 4pm as my daughter sent me a picture and a text and they looked nice. I don't understand why it cost more for before noon?

Item was delivered on the day promised. Item was not as neatly arranged as the online imaging displayed, but overall satisfied.
During checkout I couldn't add my country (Switzerland) as my billing address. I guess the site could be improved for out-of-the-usa flowers. If you would send me a picture of the delivery that would be even more amazing;-)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
