Ordering on line was not as easy as I thought. I had to enter the order twice, because i could not remove the "Extra" application on the bouquet.

I ordered the Perfectly Purple Bouquet. It is supposed to have
Purple Roses
Purple Carnations
Purple Alstroemeria
Seasonal Greens
Glass Vase
The bouquet I received was completely different with
Pink Roses
Daises with a light pink hue
Alstroemeria that were closer to pink
Another flower that I can't identify but was a dark purple
Greens and vase were ok
No carnations! My wifes favorite are Carnations and Roses, and her favorite color is purple, the whole reason I picked this one!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
