Although I did not actually see the flowers, the recipient said they were beautiful. The one thing that I was a little upset about was that they were delivered a day early and NOT on my friends birthday as I had requested, thought it will not prevent me from using this company again.

It would be great to see a delivery time frame, before ordering. Also a smaller window than 9a-6p.
After inputting credit card info it kept shutting down so I wound have to start over. Also can't reset password. The flowers were gifts and they received them in a timely manner. Flower buds were closed so looked smaller than picture provided. Will use this service again.

Maybe the heat is a factor but the flowers appear to be wilted and not fresh. I'm not certain what caused them to look that way but I was a little dissatisfied.
