My last 2 orders were not delivered on delivery day, despite the guarantee extra delivery fee. I was not going to use this service again. However when I contacted them they gave valid reasons( although I wish they had let me know the same day). And gave me a gift certificate to make it right. I appreciate the polite customer service and willingness to compensate my disappointment. Will give it a try and use them again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
