I paid for the deluxe and it was small and only 5 roses the rest were carnations and some sunflowers. Disappointed

GREAT PRODUCT & GREEATR SERVICE
It would be nice to get a call ahead of delivery. Because in my case I had to pick up my son at work and while I was out I received the flowers that were place on my doorstep in 100 degree heat. Had I received a call letting me know the delivery was on its way I would have stayed.

It seems the final product was a bit different from the one we ordered, (mostly in the color palette), other than that, the purchase experience was Quick on the website, kinda confusing when trying to track the order even when logged in to it. Other fees shown until the end when you are about to pay. So you stay with in the page due to the cheaper prices in comparison to other retailers, at least it accomplishes its marketing purpose.

So far so good but it really isn't fair for me to rate you until the flowers have been delivered per order. Please remember I got deluxe - so they should have more flowers! I have now seen the delivered flowers and although they are pretty, there did not seem to be enough flowers since I upgraded to deluxe. The bouquet looked more like the regular size.
I ordered flowers in the AM to be delivered same day, within 4 hours and paid for the extra service. The flowers were delivered same day but NOT within the 4 hours. I contacted fromyouflowers and they are currently processing a credit for the 4 hour expedite service which did not happen. Hopefully the credit will appear on my cc within the few days. Otherwise I felt this customer service issue was handled promptly via on line no hassle and would give the 5 stars for the ease for customer service.
