Shiipping and handling fees should be shown up front. I specifically ordered this item for the purple roses. I understand substitutions may be needed but the roses were pink, no where close to purple. The item was lovely just not what I was hoping for. The purple color was very important. I would order from fromyouflowers.com but not when wanting a specific color.
The flowers have not been delivered yet and its 3:24 pm. I cannot comment on something I do not have.

The main flower in the arrangement was supposed to be an orchid - but it was not. I had wanted an orchid so that the arrangement would last longer. While the arrangement is very pretty, it is not likely to last very long. My mother turned 95 so it was a big birthday for her.
My sister loved her birthday flowers! She sent me a picture after they were delivered and they were beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
