3 lillies, 2 roses ( totally opened up already) & tiny amount of greens is not what I expected when I let the florist choose what to make. I would expect the roses to last 2-3 days only. Not very professional looking. My 6 year old could have done the same. Will not use Fromyouflowers again!
I was quite disappointed once my daughter recieved her 18th Burthday gift. The custom photo vase was just a regular glass vase, with a picture I selected printed on photo paper. The website gave the impression it would actually be printed ON the vase. I also ordered a box of Godiva chocolates, they arrived completely melted. I will most likely not order from this company again, unfortunately.

There was no card with the flowers & the bouquet was significantly less full than the deluxe version pictured. I ordered through the link on my email that said 25% off. Looks like I got 10% off.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
