I always enjoy my experience with fromyouflowers.com--the service is fast and the flowers are always delivered on time and are beautiful. The website is also easy to navigate. My chief complaint about the site is that you don't see the $14.99 service fee until you've already confirmed all of your other details, so you've gone to a lot of work to learn that the flowers you selected are actually $15 more than you were planning on.
In addition, while I've been thrilled with the quality and volume of flowers in my first two orders, my order yesterday left me a little disappointed. I paid extra for the highest volume of flowers in the arrangement I selected, and the photo indicated it was of a 'medium' level, so I was expecting the high level to be noticeably larger, but the photo my mother in law sent me showed a bouquet that I would have put in the small-medium category instead of the large.
Other than these two things, I've been completely satisfied with the website and have recommended it to friends on numerous occasions.

What happened to quality? You buy things for special moments and memories. To think you are ordering one thing and you get something completely different is disappointing! Yes I made a complaint and they are sending another set of flowers tomorrow but the occasion will be over after tomorrow so does it really matter? I hope they are better than the first received I hope they read these reviews and adjust accordingly. People give gestures to make other people feel special and this was not it! Pissed and disappointed
The flowers were delivered a week BEFORE the scheduled delivery causing me to have to call again to rearrange delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
