I was disappointed. The floral arrangement did not contain all the listed flowers and was sparse. The picture I received from my friend at the funeral showed the arrangement to lack the fullness and colours of flowers showing on line! I wish I could upload the picture I received!

This site was quick, easy and had the most reasonable prices for what I wanted. Upon delivery, one thing I didn't like was that my mother (the recipient of the flowers) told me that there was some kind of coupon for a food delivery service in with her flowers. I think that's tacky to put in advertising with a gift without asking the buyer if it's ok.

The flowers arrived at 2:30 pm the day of delivery which was fine. They are nice but expensive for what was delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
