I am disappointed in the basket! After speaking with my friend, he stated there were about 6 items in the box. $84 and 6 items does NOT add up. I was informed that the closest store did not have some items in stock, but was not told what items. I also purchased a birthday balloon, which was not delivered, either. I would absolutely never refer anyone to use this service.

I had a concern when I first tried to order, so did not complete the order. The company emailed me and offered discounts on processing fees so I went ahead and placed the order. The delivery time was great and the product was very satisfactory to both recipients! Also, the company responded to my concerns and sent a personal message of explanation! I was impressed with the final outcome!

Flowers were guaranteed to be delivered on my mothers 65th birthday...October 1st. They didnt get delivered until October 2nd, and I was refunded a measly 3.99. I will never use this service again. I could have delivered them myself in shorter time.
