Flowers were guaranteed to be delivered on my mothers 65th birthday...October 1st. They didnt get delivered until October 2nd, and I was refunded a measly 3.99. I will never use this service again. I could have delivered them myself in shorter time.

Website very easy to use. I would of liked to seen the ship cost when I selected the date. Although a very nice arrangement was delivered it looked nothing like what I ordered. I am not sure when they did not have the flower in the photo why the Substituted the flowers with pink carnation. This was a sympathy arrangement there's no reason it should have bright pink carnations all throughout it. Plus carnations are cheap flowers and I do not like them, it would have been nice if they substituted for something more comparable that was in the photo versus a cheap carnation and instead of using pink maybe using white or even yellow if they didn't have white since it was a sympathy arrangement. Needless to say I was somewhat mortified when I saw all the pink carnations although it was pretty it was not fitting for the situation
This is the 1st time i order from your site
Even though the process was fast and easy i wasnt happy at the end with so much added fees for the order...
But when i saw the arrangement that was sent I wasnt pleased with so much cheap greenary added instead of flowers...
I know the exact duplication is not always possible (owner of flower shop for 25yrs)
But at least adding a good amount of flowers instead of just greenery is a good customer service.

I requested to deliver the flowers in the morning. It was very important to get the flower in the morning, at least before lunch. I called few times to make sure. But you couldnt deliver until really late at night. I am very upset about this.
I am not going to use you any more. Or refer to any one. Sorry.
