I ordered balloons to be delivered to my daughter for her 21st bday. They looked awful and deflated within a few hours. I cost $48. I'm really upset!
Flowers were quite pretty but I was surprised at the $15.00 delivery charge and the additional $3.00 charge for same day delivery even though I ordered in the a.m.
I ordered this for a friend who was having a bad day - I think I placed my order at 11 am. I was worried it wouldn't show up until the end of the day, but at 2:00 they walked in and surprised her. BEAUTIFUL arrangement. You guys are my new go-to!

The arrangement was the size of the lowest cost one. The lilies that were blooming were a little beat up and there was only 4 roses. I expected more for the next step up that I paid for.

You should be up front about your service charges. I can't stand thinking this is the price and not seeing the additional charges until checkout time. Otherwise, the recipient was thrilled at the bouquet that arrived. She also appreciated the handsome young man who delivered it.
