Placing the order was no problem, however, the product (flowers) I received were not at all what the bouquet was on the Website. I was very disappointed. My daughter lives in Montana, so I was happy to find your service, but with the quality of the arrangement, I had even chosen the Deluxe arrangement!

I was told of the substitute of the flowers but not of the Specified Angel. It was changed from a tribute stone with a poem to a single Angel. It was nice, but not what was displayed nor what I ordered.
