Ordering: Fast, efficient and easy!
The results: Underwhelmed and overpriced. Essentially a "bait and switch" and borderline false advertising. I ordered a "How Sweet It is" bouquet and selected the PREMIUM arrangement (not Regular or Deluxe; PREMIUM). When the arrangement was delivered I was sent a picture and though the flowers appeared fresh, the arrangement that was delivered was identical to the "Regular" photo on the website. If I could have enclosed the picture I would. When I called Customer Service and explained the situation and the disappointment, the associate kept asking me how many of these flowers did you see, how many of those. I answered her questions but stated AT LEAST 5 TIMES "it looks just like the Regular photo on your website" and not anywhere near as full as even the Deluxe, let alone the Premium". In theory, she is refunding my money but I care less about the $$ than the disappointing experience. I will not use FYF.com again...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
