I would have loved an area in which I could have requested a substitute flower or a darker pink Gerber daisy. I was charged a higher price then what then the asking price on the website. No unhappy about that. False advertising.

I'm so disappointed

I'm so disappointed. The order was for my great-granddaughter (8yrs) that had surgery in the Dallas area. I live in Houston. I ordered them in time for one day delivery. They just delivered. My granddaughter, the child's mother sent me a photo of the wilted looking arrangement. I wanted the Honey Bee Nurse that was pictured on your web page. They added a little stick of a bee. I wanted various color balloons that would represent the rainbow. She got orange. I ordered 3 Mylar balloons that said Get Well and she got the same 3, but I had thought they would have been different types. I'm just feeling a little sad. I will say thank you for refunding me $2.99 for the one day delivery fee and thank you for the $15.00 gift certificate to use in the future, but I had rather had that Honey Bee Nurse to put a smile on my great-granddaughter's face.
