I ordered online and expected flowers to be delivered that look similar to that picture. I paid for an up charge too, to make sure the flowers were nice. After receiving a photo of what was delivered vs what I though I ordered I was very disappointed!
I think the delivery charge is a bit out of hand. I can call a florist and have an Uber driver pick it up and have it delivered same day with out having to wait 5 days for delivery and a $15.00 charge. I was also unaware that the flowers were not going to be arranged. It did not state anywhere that the flowers were just coming in a box, and the recipient would have to arrange them herself.

It felt much easier than a competitor's site I tried earlier today. I'm not sure when the flowers arrived, but apparently the delivery person actually waited for the recipients' boyfriend to get home and take them in the house. Very impressive.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
