THIS TIME WE WERE COMPLETLEY UNSATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT RECEIVED FROM YOU. THE ROSES WERE WILTED AND DEAD IN THE EVENING OF FELIVERED DAY.

WE CAN SEND YOU A PICTURE TO SHOW HOW POOR THE QUALTY OF YOUR WELTED ROSES. ANYONE WOULD EXPEXT THE FLOWER TO LAST FEW DAYS NOT JUST FEW HOURS FROM DELIVERY. THIS IS VERY REGRETABLE EXPERIENCE.
Completely disappointed on all levels, from the dishonesty your company displayed when you claimed you could fulfill a same day delivery, to the email 'customer service' people who didn't know what the order was and offered things that weren't relevant, to the lack of making amends (no discount was offered other than the same day delivery extra fee of $2.99 refunded to our card, and no offer to refund the order so that we could take our business elsewhere), to the time of the delivery (nearly 4pm after being told it would be delivered first thing on 11/7), and the actual quality of the basket, which had a disappointing lack of fruit variety.
I sent these flowers to my friend that is in the hospital. I ordered the middle size because I wanted them to be especially nice for her. She sent me a picture of them and the arrangement looks small and the flowers are not the same as in the picture of the flowers that I choose. There is one yellow mum at the top of the arrangement. I thought there is suppose to be more like the picture on your website.
So far so good, I've never ordered through this site before so once delivered and reviewed I would be happy to complete another survey on the most important part, the delivery and overall look of the flowers.

So far- excellent- itsxalways very expensive- I wish I could afford to do it more often- the delivery charges are really steep. The 'cake' was beautiful and creative. My daughter loved it.
