Amazing! Wanted to surprise my daughter at her job. She saw the delivery truck from across the coffee shop she stopped at and thought, "Aw, someone got flowers in the plaza." Only to walk in later and find out the delivery was for her. She was super suprised and in tears with happiness! She loved the flowers, they were Beautiful and in tact! Even the card attached was nice - the writing was pretty.

The bouquet was really small and i ordered the premium. It looked larger in the picture. For $70, it was definitely not worth it. Plus, the delivery guy didn't even ring doorbell, he left them on the doorstep. Anything could have happened to them.

Every device I used I was receiving a different discount and I wasn't able to type in the coupon code I wanted. I had to check out as a guest to receive the best discount. Also I asked for a medium size teddy bear for the basket... It had 2 small bears. I sent it for my friend that just had a baby. Disappointed but she loved the basket
This service was perfect for us as we were out of town for our granddaughter's birthday and this fit the bill for part of her gifts.
It not right that the plant has to over 39.99, you use the same amount of gas to deliver a small plant versus you forcing me to buy a large plant. I had a small plant with balloons and a teddy bear. It was well over 39.99, but the plant has to be over 49.99!

From you flowers was recommended to me by a friend for my anniversary, the experience was not satisfying due to unable to put any kind of special instructions like the hours the person worked to assure they would get delivered on time which they were not, also there was not enough space in the address line to be able to put 3rd fl, also since they didn't arrive during the persons work hours they were just left at a desk without delivering them to a person
I appreciate the free shipping offer. I experienced difficulty in completing my order, though, as the system added a second arrangement to my cart when I clicked on the link in the email. I was unable to remove it from the review order page and had to back out to clear everything up. These extra steps were a little bit of a pain. Prior to that, easy breezy.
While the recipient was thrilled to have received flowers today, I was disappointed in the color and quality of pink roses that were shipped. My sister-in-law sent a picture and while the roses were pink in the center, the outer petals looked old and off colored, somewhat brownish/yellow. The flowers were for my husband's 88 year old mother who is in hospice care. Her favorite color is pink and we were hopeful for roses as pretty as shown online. This makes me reluctant to order flowers again in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
