I was very disappointed with the arrangement. It was nothing like the one I thought I ordered. The size, color or amount of flowers. I was embarrassed this being my brothers funeral. I don't know what florist you used but if I did I would tell them they ripped me off. Will not use you again and not recommend. You don't do something like this to some one who is emotionally upset/

Well, I originally ordered flowers for my sister in law but right before delivery she passed away. So I switched the bright pink bouquet to white flowers and I just was called to say they had arrived. Very nice and gentlemen at other end was very, very professional and helpful.

Couldn't see the discount that you advertised. $13.97 and I just got a picture of the flowers...NOT ORANGE! I ordered orange and did not get the discount I was supposed to receive from a previous order. Can't wait to see what my mom gets on the tenth. I WILL NEVER ORDER from you again! Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
