Been a customer for years. Deserve more loyalty discounts but love what you're offering.
Flowers did not appear to be fresh and did not fit the description of the roses displayed.
So far the process was easy. What matters is the delivery and quality of the flowers. I will definitely order again, if the flowers are fresh and they're delivered on time.

Your flower prices are better than 1-800-flowers, and you have good coupon codes available. I like that! However, your website is a bit frustrating to use. Once I put in one coupon code, it was almost impossible to change it to a different coupon code. Changing my order details was also really difficult once I had started the reviewing order process. On the review order page, you should really give options to edit the order itself (not just the delivery/billing information) and the coupon code itself. It was really frustrating not being able to do those things and I spent at least an extra ten or fifteen minutes trying to figure that out. It shouldn't take that long to get an order right.
Great way to make family or friends feel so very special when your 1300 miles away! We love the many choices and options so that each gift/arrangement we send can be different. It helps us stay connected to the ones we love in a personal, thoughtful, and special way. I ordered a flowering basket and there was nothing flowering?!?!? The overall basket was ok but also disappointing

Small issue. Card was for a 7 year old but written in cursive. Not your fault but an improvement might be for customer to choose 'style'.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
