I was so disappointed to see that it was different from the picture posted on your site. There was so much foliage and small amount of roses. I believe for the price that I was charged was not worth it.

The flowers were delivered on time and are beautiful. However, the offers on the website are confusing. I thought I had clicked on a coupon for free delivery but I was charged for delivery. There seems to be too many offers and percents off and it's very confusing to know if you are receiving the correct discount before you place your order.

I was a little shocked to know that I have to pay a fee for same day delivery when it wont even be delivered the same day. I also think the handling fees are ridiculous. The basket was nothing like what was to be delivered! It looked awful like everything was just thrown in there! Who puts multiple limes and lemons in a premium basket of fruit that was supposed to also have chocolate? Poor quality for the price! I would be embarrassed if I owned the shop that put that together!

Would like to know up front about the service/handling fee and for the extra I paid for the flowers, when the recipient sent me a picture it did not look any different than had I just ordered the regular bouquet. For that I was disappointed.
