Ordered a cute birthday flower cake but what was actually delivered was a basic flower arrangement in a vase!
I entered a full address with suite number but got multiple calls/messages about the delivery person needing a suite number. Not one call to inform me that would be sending a completely different arrangement than what I chose.
My daughter in-law was having surgery in the afternoon, I ordered flowers in the morning, they were waiting for her when she got out of surgery. It was a beautiful arrangement, she loved them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
