Flower arrangement was beautiful. The flowers were exactly like the ones I had selected on line. Flowers arrived promptly and in great condition. I was very pleased.
You had the rare out of season flowers that I was looking for! It had to be a daffodil bouquet for my sister's opening night of the play Daffodil Girls!
Sadly, the daffodils were replaced with yellow mums. Though very beautiful, I was very disappointed in the change. I wasn't notified of the change as well. The whole point of the selected bouquet with daffodils was because my sister was in an original play titled Daffodil Girls. Imagine hosting a Steel Magnolias event and ordering magnolia bouquets to decorate. When the bouquets arrive and you have carnations instead...without notification...it's disappointing. Everything else was wonderful though. I'm grateful that the arrangement was beautiful and was delivered to her dressing room before she went on stage.
The Order-
Service & handling charge should be included in price, or at least be visible / mentioned not just a surprise at checkout.
The delivery-
I placed the order before noon. The ad I selected stated delivered in 4 hrs or less. My wife's day is over at 4:30, perfect I thought. The track your order feature didnt show my order for roughly 45 min "delivery scheduled " it read with a green meter showing the progress of my order, it did not change till 5:07 when I received an email stating my order was delivered. To whom I thought my wife was long gone by that time. I get home from work and see flowers in a vase kinda looks like what I ordered well kinda. Online "How sweet it is " was colorful flowers with bits of green peeking through. I was staring at a green bouquet with splashes of color not impressed I thought to my self this does not convey the feeling of wow their beautiful or someone thinks your special like what's advertised. I get it's not gonna be identical but the exact opposite it should never be.
I had trouble logging in with my password for some reason. Since the trouble i had with password, I cannot be more than satisfied...the product was beautiful and delivery spot on...thank you for making this a happy day for a beautiful person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
