Ver please with one exception. There was a need to make a substitution to the item I selected which I understand can happen. However, I would like to know what was actually sent without having to ask the recipient. A photograph would be nice so I can ensure what was sent meets what I originally selected.

I ordered the bouquet yesterday and the delivery was made on Saturday as planned. However, there were another flowers which I wanted to order, but they were not available for the order for Sunday, this I found very weird. Anyways, pretty good website and prices.

Weekend delivery cost a little steep
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
