I was frustrated, but fromyouflowers fixed everything! The site didn't seem to be working properly and it took several attempts before I was able to place my order. In the meantime a promotion ended which raised the price. When I brought that to fromyouflowers' attention, they corrected all the problems and quickly delivered a floral gift that was greatly appreciated by the recipients. Thank you for your thoughtful responsiveness.

The addition of a $15 fee in the very last confirmation screen is very dishonest - a classic bait and switch. Especially when several screens earlier I got a notification that I couldn't deliver to this location if my order was under $40. My response is to take my business elsewhere in the future as this will be my first and last time ordering from you.

I TOOK A CHANCE AND DID THE ARRANGEMENT THAT WOULD BE DONE AT THE FLORIST EVERY ONE OF THE REVIEWS WERE 5 STAR AND SAID THEY WERE BETTER THAN EXPECTED. I EVEN WENT WITH THE "DELUXE" TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WOULD BE BETTER THAN EVER! SO I TOOK THE CHANCE! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW AMATEUR IT LOOKED AND THE CONTENT WAS A BEST AT MOST MOST DEFINATELY NOT A "DELUXE" NOT EVER A BETTER. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD COME IN A DISH OR A VASE AND IT CAME IN A BASKET THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FOR EASTER. ESPECIALLY WITH THE RIDICULOUS DAISIES. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN, ESPECIALLY FOR SOMETHING HAS SERIOUS HAS A FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED AT A GROCERY STORE, COULD NOT BELIEVE THE CARD WAS HAND WRITTEN.
ALL I COULD DO WAS APOLOGIZE FOR IT. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND NOT A CREDIT. I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND YOU A PICTURE OF THE ARRANGEMENT.

Got a picture from my mom and they were gorgeous! Almost exactly like photo!
The person I sent the basket to said it was beautiful. She was very pleased with it.
It really irks me when websites don't say anything about shipping and handling info until after you've put in payment info. A reputable company would provide that info up front. As it was, I nearly canceled my order because of that. If I wasn't in such a hurry, I would have.
The flowers did arrive on time and were of excellent quality. My wife was very pleased.
So far, good experience, but am waiting to see if the flowers that are delivered look anything like what is shown on the website. Doesn't always happen in past experiences with other sites.
Did not see alll of the fees until checkout. Seemed high.
