I was disappointed in the some of the flowers that were used as substitutes. They were lower end flowers, more like filler flowers. I specifically chose that arrangement for the particular flowers in it and if some of those flowers had to be substituted, I would expect the same caliber of flower. I think the local florists that are used by fromyouflowers.com should be held to stricter guidelines.

There was a mix up with the Recipient name and was easily corrected after talking over the phone with Veronica on the 1800 number provided. She was professional and helpful. So long as the flowers are delivered without issues and to the correct address/person, I will continue to use this service. Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
