It was not what I ordered, and by that I mean the vase which had lots of ribbons attached to it. The floral bouquet was lovely and I was very happy about that. I like the photo that was shown of the item I ordered as it looked festive and birthday appropriate. The bouquet that was received was pretty but could have been for any reason. Too bad about the ribbons. Had I known there wouldn't be any, I would have added a balloon that said Happy Birthday.
The bouquet that was delivered does not look much like what is pictured. No blue flower whatsoever.

I received multiple emails that the flowers I ordered were delivered on the 8th. I was confused because they were supposed to be delivered on the 13th. I called multiple times to see if they were delivered or not since they were a gift and suppose to be a surprise. No one could confirm that they were delivered or not. Poor communication. I probably wouldn't order from you guys again.
It would be helpful if the status was updated in a more precise manner.

Very, very deceptive! You see all the bouquets with the cost crossed out? Yeah, great deal. Oh but wait, you take advantage of the deal and then you get an email saying you have a credit to use. Cool! So, I did and one would think that this credit can be applied towards the cost you see on line because EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAVE ALREADY BEEN DISCOUNTED, BUT THEY CLAIM THE CREDIT IS WHAT BROUGHT DOWN THE PRICE! LIARS! THAT WAS THE PRICE LAST WEEK, THE WEEK BEFORE, THE WEEK BEFORE THAT, SO THE CREDIT I RECEIVED SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE DISCOUNTED PRICE! LIARS, LIARS, LIARS! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
