Was disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the day they were ordered. That's the name of the service, and when I placed the order the site said that I still had another hour and a half to order with same day delivery service. They were ordered for an anniversary. Flowers were fresh, and receiver was happy with the arrangement, but they were delivered the day after they were supposed to be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
