I just now paid the $2.99 (can't buy coffee these days for that...) to have 'Get Well' flowers delivered to AZ ( I ordered from Chicago)...TWO hours later I get a thank-you...LESS than 2 hours...and she lives 'in the hills' so I can't imagine what it took to drive them there...AND THEY ARE GORGEOUS.AGAIN!

The servicing fees reflected at checkout right before placing order and not sooner which made it appear that the price would be much lower only until afterwards seeing the price increase by nearly $20. Would have preferred more transparency in the beginning! The actual package was smaller than it appeared online.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
