The flowers were a birthday gift for my aunt. I didn't receive them personally. She said thank you they are beautiful so I am guessing that they are.
Delivery service went through as promised. Website is easy to use and quite clear.
Flowers were beautiful but the delivery person left them in front of an attached garage instead of the front door/porch. Consequently, the flowers were left overnight in the snow as the recipient did not see them until morning.
My flower arrangement for a funeral celebration did not arrive on the scheduled day. I had ordered it weeks in advance, I was told that it would arrive the next day, after the scheduled day! They offered a $5 refund from the $73 order. Speaking with a manager, I was told the shipping charge would be waived and upgraded upon delivery the next day. I insisted they arrived first thing in the morning for the second gathering that began at 4:00. They arrived at 5:00 after guests had arrived and the gathering had begun.
Again they tried to contact me, but kept dialing a wrong number, so I had to again contact them with my concern. The ONLY compensation was an apology and the $10.
Not good customer service and compensation for their error and embarrassment and frustration during a difficult time for our family.
I'm very happy for the same day delivery and prices are reasonable.

The flowers in the photo for the flowers I order look nothing like the birthday flowers my aunt received. Certainly not a $70 bouquet of flowers. Very disappointed in the arrangement.
I ordered a table centerpiece for thanksgiving that was delivered a week early. When I called to complain I was connected to someone that I struggled to understand. Eventually he understood the problem and offered to send the same exact centerpiece a week later. I asked that a different one be sent. He put me on hold for what seemed like quite a while. Lo and behold, which is why the rating isn't bad, he did get one sent that arrived there today. So that's why 3. Could be worse. Could be better. I didn't see it so I don't know how it looks.
Shipping is a little too expensive for me, probably won't do this again. Delivered one day late.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
