Ordering was easy and the price was perfect
Great...but just a little shocked at the final amount, until I found out it a big chunk was for delivery. I don't mind paying for delivery, but it should be mentioned more up front as to avoid the shock at the end.
The handling fee of almost $15 is excessive and I can promise you that I will not use this site again. IF the handling fee had been indicated before I made the purchase, i MIGHT have still gone through with the purchase. But when I was ready to click on CONFIRM PURCHASE, the $15 fee appeared and it was a shock. A HANDLING FEE should definitely be included with the initial price of the arrangement, not tagged on at the end.
