If you are going to charge handling fees you should disclose it upfront as not to waste my time. The coast of your product should include your handling. ITS YOUR PRODUCT. And 2 charges to the same address? Rich even for San Francisco.

Talk about a disappointment. I am glad the receiver appreciated the basket but I was embarrassed and upset for what I paid for and what I got. I could have done this myself for 1/4 of the money I paid for. Paid over 70 bucks for a Super Seeet snack basket. Looked more like a dollar tree throw together. Who ever put this together did not take time and appreciation for there customers. Beware you don't get what you pay for!

The website was not user friendly for a phone. It also gave me no available delivery dates before Thanksgiving. I gave up on the national site, and found a local vender on my own. That site happened to be linked to you AND Amazon. So through the backdoor you'll get your fee. Pity because I almost gave up. I had to do a lot of work to do what your services typically "used to do" to earn that fee.
The Fort Mills So Carolina grocery store florist did a fine job artistically, and their delivery was done in a timely fashion. I felt less absent from the holiday gathering.

I was sent a coupon to use where i saved $15. Then I was asked to create an account to get lifetime free shipping. I then realized this null and voided the original $15 savings card "JOY". So essentially, there was no discount as either option was not combined. That felt a bit like a sales pitch, a bait and switch and was disappointing.

I don't want a phone call to follow up. I"ll say the same thing on the phone. I'd prefer my more than $15 savings and rather than pay $49.98 to have paid $34.99 for my sister's flower arrangement after the passing of her husband.

Ordering experience was very easy. Hope the product is what I expect it to be.

The product was delivered on time and was much appreciated by my recipient.
The quality was better than we are able to get locally, so I was very pleased.

The only less than stellar issue was that the existing $12.19 credit on my account was not automatically applied to the cost of my order. I received a previous email notifying me of the $12.19 credit and encouraged me to use it with another order. So I ordered an item to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. Yesterday The item was delivered on time. The $12.19 credit was not applied to the cost and I have now received a new email notifying me again of the $12.19 existing credit, encouraging me to use it with another order. Not happening...

I loved the picture on the site of the flowers I picked but when my husband got the flowers. They wasn't all bloomed yet... not sure if they bloom later or what. So wasn't very happy about that. Ordered many times before. This was the first time this happened.
