Upon receiving a low quality horrid bouquet for my sick friend. A manager supervisor Kevin adddressed it quickly, upgraded the arrangement, used a different vendor and had it delivered the same day with a phone call apologising for the low quality item sent. That's amazing service! And the vendor selected will be reviewed by quality control team. Thank you!
