This is my 2nd or 3rd time ordering from this site. What had been sent before was really pretty, just like the picture on the site. I'm sure this Christmas tree will be just as gorgeous.
Actually this time it DID NOT look like the picture on the website. I had my sister send me a picture, and it DID NOT look like a 'Christmas Tree'. It needed to be trimmed better to look like a Christmas Tree.

I placed an order last night for the Golden elegance Christmas Tree.
I choose the premium package! My mom & Dad received a centerpiece not even close to what I paid for in price & it looks nothing close to a mini Christmas tree. The Golden elegance Christmas tree has Lily's, carnations red & white with red ball ornaments in a gold vase. I'm extremely disappointed with this whole situation. This was because my Dad's mother in law passed away on Thanksgiving day. So it was a sympathy/cheerful gift in hopes of helping my parents get in the Christmas spirit. I'm attaching 2 pictures what I ordered & what you sent. I would expect a refund as this whole experiences as disappointing and is not any where close to being correct.

I'm happy there was an option for a male in my life that may not have wanted so many flowers :) I think he will love the get well soon bear from all of us.
I was not happy that I paid for same day delivery and it was not delivered until the next day. That really messed up the pick me up mood I intended for the person receiving it.
Didn't like the service & handling chsrgr of $14.99 added at the end & other fres. Should let you know what this is in the beginning so you can figure it in when deciding on your flowers & price you want to spend. Other wise I was satisfied with the flower arrangement & same day shipping. The recipient of the flowers said they were very pretty. I have also placed orders since then.

I wish I could send a picture along with this review to truly understand why I am so disappointed. Think of the fast food commercials for a big juicy burger and when you actually order one, how it doesn't even come close to what the commercial looks like. The flowers were sparse and the ribbon is half the size of the one in the picture. I ordered the deluxe thinking I would be given a spray more closely matched to the one shown but it wasn't even close. Don't bother ordering this. I gave it 2 stars because it was at least delivered on time to the church. So sad.Shopping was easy and will reserve final judgement once I see what I paid for

Poor Service would never order again from this company
I wanted same day delivery and was not informed until after I paid that it would not be possible. They were delivered the next business day and were gorgeous though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
