The person for whom I bought the flowers to told me that one of the roses was broken off from the stem. That all roses were burned/damaged especially the first layer of petals. I will not be ordering from you anytime soon. The service is not cheap and the quality of the roses were very disappointing.

Very pleased with the ease of ordering and how quickly the flowers were sent out to the recipient. The flowers were beautiful and came in a lovely mercury glass vase that the recipient said she plans to use again for the holidays. I fully expect to be ordering again from you!

Very easy to order price was good. My sister sent me a picture of flowers she received and thanked me, the flowers looked over a week old she sent me the picture the day I ordered them. Very darkened and wilting not happy about product. Figured it's New York. Would not happen in Cincinnati where I'm at

14.99 is too much for processing fee and then you have an additional Sunday delivery fee of 2.99. Nearly $20 for fees is too much. I went from purchasing flowers at 24.99 to a bill that was nearly doubled after fees.

Quick and easy prices were good but same day delivery was not same day it qas delivered a day late.
I was very frustrated that the coupon code was automatically applied for a different promo.( the cheaper option). Could not get rid of it. I then called customer service number and she was very limited in what she could help with. I forgot, but $15 for a handling fee is very expensive. Just put it towards the price of the flowers itself so it does not seem you are seeking tons of money. Looks bad to customers and is bad for customer service all around.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
